At Katana, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel in its original condition. If your purchase doesn't fit your style perfectly, we are here to help you find the right cut or provide a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the original items with all tags attached into the reusable shipping mailer and include the printed packing slip inside.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
